Crazy for CrossFit

So, I've been doing this thing called CrossFit since July.  And I think I may have just crossed over to the dark side.  No pun intended.  I will be participating in the Not Your Average Joe CrossFit Games this Saturday and I cannot wait!!  Four teams of four (2 guys, 2 gals) from my gym will be heading south for a little friendly competition.  But we're really hoping to take home the gold.  Or whatever the CrossFit equivilent. ;)
