Paleo pancakes

This is my new weekend goto breakfast.  So, so, soooo delicious!

3 eggs
1 T water, I end up using closer to 1/4 C maybe even more
1 T vanilla
1 1/2 C almond flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking soda or baking powder, I've used both with great success
 Coconut spray (I use this)

Mix wet ingredients (eggs, water, vanilla)
Add almond flour, salt, baking soda/powder
Blend well
If mixture is thick, add water until a thinner consistency is achieved.  If you add too much water, you can always add more almond flour!

Heat nonstick pan over medium-low to medium heat
Spray pan with cooking spray
Drop batter by the tablespoonful (pancake will be about 3 inches in diameter)
Flip when bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes per side)
